AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-508 with Clayton Engineering
Company for engineering services for the final design of the
Dellwood Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-508 with
the Clayton Engineering Company for engineering services for the
final design of the Dellwood Storm Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1985.
