AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer Extension and Improvement
Account for engineering services for the final design of Ross and
Merrick Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-503.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Sewer
Extension and Improvement Account for engineering services for the
final design of Ross and Merrick Sanitary Relief Sewer Project,
Contract E-503.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1985.
