AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-two Thousand Dollars
($32,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for engineering services for the
final design of Pardella, 700 Block Storm Sewer Project, Contract
E-505.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-two Thousand Dollars
($32,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Pardella 700, Block
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-505.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1985.
