AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty-five Thousand
Dollars ($85,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for engineering
services for the final design of GC-1 Sanitary Relief Sewer
Project, Contract E-502.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-five Thousand Dollars
($85,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for
engineering services for the final design of GC-1 Sanitary Relief
Sewer Project, Contract E-502.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1985.
