AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-504 with Jones Mayer, Inc. for
engineering services for the final design of Fannie Avenue
Sanitary Lift Station Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-504 with
Jones Mayer, Inc. for engineering services for the final design of
Fannie Avenue Sanitary Lift Station Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1985.
