AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirteen Thousand Dollars
($13,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund for
engineering services for the final design of East Jackson #619
Phase II Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-506.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Dollars
($13,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for engineering services for the final design of
East Jackson #619 Phase II Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-506.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1985.
