AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund for
engineering services for the final design of Weiss #135 Storm
Sewer Project, Contract E-509.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for engineering services for the final design of
Weiss #135 Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-509.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1985.
