AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Seventy-five
Thousand Dollars ($275,000.00) from the General Fund of the
District to Secretary-Treasurer Department (Account No. 011-400)
for the District's Bond and Liability Insurance.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Seventy-five
Thousand Dollars ($275,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District to Secretary-Treasurer Department
(Account No. 011-400) for the District's Bond and Liability
Insurance.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1985.
