AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 5938, adopted
March 13, 1985, and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof,
awarding a contract to Safety Mutual Casualty Company (Ricci
Associates, Inc., agent) for the first One Million Dollars
coverage of the District's Umbrella Excess Liability Insurance
from March 18, 1985 to March 17, 1986, and to Lexington Insurance
Company (Ricci Associates, Inc., agent) for the additional Four
Million Dollars coverage beyond the initial One Million Dollars
coverage of the District's Umbrella Excess Liability Insurance
from March 18, 1985 to March 17, 1986, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 5938, adopted March 13,
1985, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The Safety Mutual Casualty Company is
hereby awarded the contract for the first One Million Dollars
coverage of the District's Umbrella Excess Liability Insurance
from March 18, 1985, to March 17, 1986 and the Lexington Insurance
Company is hereby awarded the contract for the additional Four
Million Dollars coverage beyond the initial One Million Dollars
coverage of the District's Umbrella Excess Liability Insurance
from March 18, 1985 to March 17, 1985 at and for a combined annual
premium of Twenty-seven Thousand One Hundred Seventy-five Dollars
($27,175.00) for such policy period.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1985.
