AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty Thousand Dollars
($80,000.00) from the Real Property Purchase Fund for the purchase
of approximately twenty acres of certain real property in St.
Louis County, Missouri necessary for the construction of the
Fishpot-Kiefer Creek Interceptor.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty Thousand Dollars
($80,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Real Property
Purchase Fund for the purchase of approximately twenty acres of
certain real property in St. Louis County, Missouri necessary for
the construction of the Fishpot-Kiefer Creek Interceptor.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1985.
