AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($750,000.00) from the General Fund of the
District for the purchase of all the outstanding capital stock of
the Martigney Creek Sewer Company, a Missouri Corporation.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($750,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District for the purchase of all the outstanding capital
stock of the Martigney Creek Sewer Company, a Missouri
Corporation.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1985.
