AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to purchase from the owners thereof all of the
outstanding capital stock of the Martigney Creek Sewer Company, a
Missouri Corporation.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District are hereby
authorized to purchase from the owners thereof all of the
outstanding capital stock of the Martigney Creek Sewer Company, a
Missouri Corporation.
Section Two. The purchase as authorized in Section One
above shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel
of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1985.
