AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the vacated Rights of Way of Caroline Avenue, in the City of
Maplewood, St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of the sewer easement within the vacated Rights
of Way of Caroline Avenue from the West line of Bartold
Avenue to a line parallel to and fifteen and 50/100 feet
(15.50') East of the East line of Hanley Road, in the City of
Maplewood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1985.
