AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title, or interest of
the District in a vacated alley and public sewer in City Block
2261 W. of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title, or interest that it may have in
subject public sewer and vacated alley, and this District has no
further use for this public sewer and vacated alley,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title, or interest that it may have in
the following described public sewer and vacated alley:
The East-West alley in City Block 2261 W. from the West line
of Jefferson Avenue to the East line of Ohio Avenue in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1985.
