AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty Thousand Three
Hundred Thirty-one Dollars ($80,331.00) from the Fee Fee
Connection Fees Account for the District's share of the costs for
the relocation of sewers pursuant to highway improvements on Route
40, St. Louis County at Route 141 Interchange.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty Thousand Three Hundred
Thirty-one Dollars ($80,331.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Fee Fee Connection Fees Account for the District's share of the
costs for the relocation of sewers pursuant to highway
improvements on Route 40, St. Louis County at Route 141
Interchange.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1985.
