AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-eight Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($48,500) from the Mississippi River Operating
Fund to be used for the construction of a gabion wall, together
with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection,
and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, Nelson #4419 (S-2045, C-1149), in the City
of Northwoods, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the City of Northwoods, Missouri, has agreed
to contribute Six Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Dollars ($6,860.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said sources, said money will be returned to the
Mississippi River Operating Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-eight Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($48,500) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for the construction
of a gabion wall, together with repayment of the costs of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in Nelson
#4419 (S-2045, C-1149), in the City of Northwoods, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1985.
