AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of a gabion wall in Nelson
#4419 (S-2045, C-1149), in the City of Northwoods, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall
in Nelson #4419 (S-2045, C-1149), in the City of Northwoods,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 11th day of March
1985, and formally executed on the 26th day of March, 1985, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1985.
