AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Twelve Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($112,500.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer
Extension and Improvement Fund to be used for the construction of
sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in Caulks
Creek Sanitary Interceptor-Line M (85126), in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twelve Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($112,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Fee Fee Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund to be used for the
construction of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the
costs of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in Caulks Creek Sanitary Interceptor Line M (85126). in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1985.
