AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-six Thousand Three
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($56,325.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Chaucer-Benson Outfall (S-2328, C-1153),
in the City of St. Ann, Missouri, and the Village of Breckenridge
Hills, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri, has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Breckenridge Hills, Missouri,
has agreed to contribute one-third (1/3) of the total costs of
said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-six Thousand Three
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($56,325.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm
sewers, together with repayment of the costs of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Chaucer-Benson
Outfall (S-2328, C-1153), in the City of St. Ann, Missouri, and
the Village of Breckenridge Hills, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1985.
