AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Schuster
Engineering, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Chaucer-
Benson Outfall (S-2328, C-1153), in the City of St. Ann, Missouri,
and the Village of Breckenridge Hills, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Schuster Engineering, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Chaucer-Benson Outfall (S-2328, C-1153), in the City of St. Ann,
Missouri, and the Village of Breckenridge Hills, Missouri, within
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 18th day of March, 1985, and . formally
executed on the 26th day of March, 1985, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1985.
