AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Amendment #1 of Contract E-461 with
Sverdrup & Parcel and Associates, Inc. for the design of the
Missouri River Wastewater Treatment Plan Phases II, III, and IV in
the Lower Missouri River Basin. (Part of Federal Project No. C-
291148)
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance for said engineering services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment #1 of Contract E-461
with Sverdrup & Parcel and Associates, Inc. for the design of the
Missouri River Wastewater Treatment Plant Phases II, III, and IV
in the Lower Missouri River Basin. (Part of Federal Project No.
C-291148)
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1985.
