AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($120,000.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer Extension and
Improvement Fund for engineering services for the final design of
Bruno-Canterway (FF-1) Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-
510.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($120,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee
Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund for engineering services for
the final design of Bruno-Canterway (FF-1) Sanitary Relief Sewer
Project, Contract E-510.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1985.
