AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty Thousand Dollars
($80,000.00) from the Real Property Purchase Fund for the purchase
of an interest in certain real property in St. Louis County,
Missouri necessary for the construction of the Fenton Wastewater
Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty Thousand Dollars
($80,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Real Property
Purchase Fund for the purchase of an interest in certain real
property in St. Louis County, Missouri necessary for the
construction of the Fenton Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1985.
