AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to purchase an interest in certain real
property in St. Louis County, Missouri necessary for the
construction of the Fenton Wastewater Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to purchase an interest in
certain real property in St. Louis County, Missouri necessary for
the construction of the Fenton Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Section Two. The purchase authorized in Section One
of this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1985.
