AN ORDINANCE, increasing the compensation of all
employees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by five
percent (5%) per annum; and amending Ordinance No. 4797, adopted
August 11, 1982, as amended by Ordinance No. 5242, adopted
September 21, 1983; Ordinance No. 5208, adopted August 24, 1983,
and Ordinance No. 5878, adopted February 13, 1985, to effect said
increases.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Effective April 1, 1985, the
compensation of all employees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, shall be increased by five percent (5%) per annum.
Section Two. Ordinance No. 4797, adopted August 11,
1982, as amended by Ordinance No. 5242, adopted September 21,
1983;
Ordinance No. 5208, adopted August 24, 1983 and Ordinance No.
5878, adopted February 13, 1985 are hereby amended to increase the
compensation rates established therein by five percent (5%) per
annum, effective April 1, 1985.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1985.
