AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-five Thousand Dollars
($45,000.00) from the Coldwater Sewer Revenue Fund for engineering
services for the final design of Chaucer-Holtwood Sanitary Relief
Sewer Project, Contract E-511.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-five Thousand Dollars
($45,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Revenue
Sewer Fund for engineering services for the final design of
Chaucer-Holtwood Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-511.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 24, 1985.
