AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-511 with Kenneth Balk &
Associates, Inc. for engineering services for the final design of
Chaucer-Holtwood Sanitary Relief Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-511 with
Kenneth Balk & Associates, Inc. for engineering services for the
final design of Chaucer-Holtwood Sanitary Relief Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 24, 1985.
