AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy Thousand Dollars
($70,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering services for
the final design of Chaucer & Charjean Storm Sewer Project,
Contract E-512.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUTS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy Thousand Dollars
($70,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for engineering services for the final design of Chaucer &
Charjean Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-512.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 24, 1985.
