AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-512 with O'Brien & Gere for
engineering services for the final design of Chaucer & Charjean
Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-512 with
O'Brien & Gere for engineering services for the final design of
Chaucer & Charjean Storm Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 24, 1985.
