AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-513 with James Engineering &
Surveying Co., Inc. for engineering services for the final design
of Watson Road at Missouri Pacific Railroad Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-513 with
James Engineering & Surveying Co., Inc. for engineering services
for the final design of Watson Road at Missouri Pacific Railroad
Storm Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 24, 1985.
