AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering services for
the final design of Patterson - Mullanphy - Jane Drive Storm Sewer
Project, Contract E-515.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for engineering services for the final design of Patterson -
Mullanphy - Jane Drive Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-515.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 24, 1985.
