AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of North Affton for engineering services for the
final design of 6400 Grammond Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-516.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of North Affton for
engineering services for the final design of 6400 Grammond Storm
Sewer Project, Contract E-516.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 24, 1985.
