AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fourteen Thousand Dollars
($14,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for engineering services for the
final design of 8601 Old Sappington Road Storm Sewer Project,
Contract E-517.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fourteen Thousand Dollars
($14,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for
engineering services for the final design of 8601 Old Sappington
Road Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-517.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 24, 1985.
