Home My Public Portal About06020 O R D I N A N C E NO. 6020 AN ORDINANCE, transferring Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and appropriating Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering services for the final design of Various Gabion Wall Projects, Contract E-519. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek. Section Two. The sum of Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering services for the final design of Various Gabion Wall Projects, Contract E-519. Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 24, 1985.
