AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-519 with Wegescheide Engineers,
Inc. for engineering services for the final design of various
gabion projects.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-519 with
Wegescheide Engineers, Inc. for engineering services for the final
design of various gabion projects.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 24, 1985.
