HomeMy Public PortalAbout06024 O R D I N A N C E NO. 6024 AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in the Right of Way of Crescent Avenue, in St. Louis County, Missouri, WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate the subject easement and this District has no further use for said subject easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Two parcels of land located in a 50 foot wide Ingress and Egress easement and also in a tract of land being part of Lot 2 of Crecelius Subdivision in fractional Section 34, Township 44 North, Range 6 East as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 33 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 - Commencing at the Southernmost corner of said fifty foot (50') wide Ingress and Egress Easement, as described in Deed recorded in Book 2858, Page 570 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along the Southwestern line of said Easement, North 49 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of nine and 97/100 feet (9.97') to the point of beginning of the herein described tract of land; thence continuing along said easement line, North 49 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of forty and 03/100 feet (40.03') to the Westernmost corner thereof; thence along the Northwestern line of said Easement, North 40 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of eighty-seven and 31/100 feet (87.31') to a point; thence Southeastwardly along a curve to the left having a radius of 54.00 feet an arc distance of 29 feet (the chord of which bears South 69 degrees 22 minutes 32 seconds East, 28.65 feet) to a point; thence leaving said point and running South, 43 degrees 41 minutes 13 seconds West a distance of seventy-six and 81/100 feet (76.81') and South 0 degrees 47 minutes 55 seconds East a distance of twenty-six and 86/100 feet (26.86') to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 - Commencing at the Southernmost corner of said fifty foot (50') wide Ingress and Egress Easement, as described in Deed recorded in Book 2858, Page 570 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along the Southeastern line of said easement, North 40 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of three and 78/100 feet (3.78') to the point of beginning of the herein described tract of land; thence leaving said Southeastern line and running the following: North 0 degrees 47 minutes 55 seconds West a distance of twenty-six and 47/100 feet (26.47') to a point; thence North 43 degrees 41 minutes 13 seconds East a distance of eighty-two and 41/100 feet (82.41') to a point; thence South 49 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of twelve and 45/100 feet (12.45') to a point on the Southeastern line of said Easement; thence along said Southeastern line, South 40 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of one hundred two and 22/100 feet (102.22') to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 24, 1985.
