AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 1 of Woodcrest Subdivision, in the City of Creve Coeur, part
of U.S. Survey 1923, and fractional sections 3 and 4, Township 45
North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate a portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: That portion of an easement ten (10') feet wide over the Western ten (10') feet of Lot 1 of Woodcrest Subdivision, in the City of Creve Coeur; according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 172, Pages 44 and 45 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the North ten (10') feet thereof. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 24, 1985.
