AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighteen Thousand Six
Hundred Forty-three and 09/100 Dollars ($18,643.09) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek to reimburse the City of Berkeley, Missouri for stormwater
maintenance repairs performed by said City along Eminence Avenue.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred
Forty-three and 09/100 Dollars ($18,643.09) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Maline Creek to reimburse the City of Berkeley, Missouri for
stormwater maintenance repairs performed by said City along
Eminence Avenue.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 24, 1985.
