AN ORDINANCE, transferring Fifteen Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($15,300.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Revenue Fund to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and appropriating Ninety-six
Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($96,300.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the construction of storm and sanitary sewers
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Tipton Drive No. 4012 (S-1832,
C-1135), in the City of Woodson Terrace, Missouri,
WHEREAS, State of Missouri, has agreed to contribute
Twenty-seven Thousand Dollars ($27,000.00) toward the total costs
of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Woodson Terrace, Missouri,
pursuant to the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has
agreed to contribute Twenty-seven Thousand Dollars ($27,000.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($15,300.00) is hereby transferred from the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek.
Section Two. The sum of Ninety-six Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($96,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm and
sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the costs of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, Tipton
Drive No. 4012 (S-1832, C-1135), in the City of Woodson Terrace,
Missouri.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 24, 1985.
