AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of storm and
sanitary sewers in Tipton Drive No. 4012 (S-1832, C-1135), in the
City of Woodson Terrace, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm and
sanitary sewers in Tipton Drive No. 4012 (S-1832, C-1135), in the
City of Woodson Terrace, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
25th day of March, 1985, and formally executed on the 9th day of
April, 1985, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
