AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Continental
Insurance Company (The Daniel and Henry Co., agent) for the
District's Contractor's Equipment Floater Insurance coverage from
May 1, 1985 to April 30, 1986.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Continental Insurance Company is
hereby awarded the contract for the District's Contractor's
Equipment Floater Insurance coverage from May 1, 1985 to April 30,
1986 at and for an annual premium of Nine Thousand One Hundred
Seventy Dollars ($9,170.00) for such policy period.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 24, 1985.
