Brewster Wetlands Protection By-law
As required by the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law,the Conservation Commission is informing the
public that this meeting will be audio recorded. Anyone else intending to audio record is required to
inform the Chairman prior to the meeting.
Requests for Determination of Applicability
Brewster Conservation Trust requests determinations of Conservation Commission jurisdiction for creating a four-foot
wide walking trail to be open to the public as accessed from the Trust-owned community garden, and planting highbush
blueberry bushes, all in the buffer zone to inland wetland(s), off 0 Lower Road, Assessors' Map 18, Parcels 20 and 21-2.
Dennis and Janet Davis request determinations of Conservation Commission jurisdiction for constructing a 10-by-16-foot
addition to an existing dwelling, within the buffer zone to an inland wetland on 3677 Main Street, Assessors' Map 11,
Parcel 25.
Jonathan and Bonny Whitcher request determinations of Conservation Commission jurisdiction for constructing a patio
and planting native plants within 100 feet of a coastal bank on 83 Dune Road, Assessors' Map 6, Parcel 18.
