AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in
Kinloch Park Phase I (S-2348, C-1155), in the City of Kinloch,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company, as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Kinloch Park Phase I (S-2348, C-1155), in the City of Kinloch,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 8th day of April,
1985, and formally executed on the 23rd day of April, 1985, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
