AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with P.D.
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in
LaVenta-LaSierra - Phase III (S-1798, C-1154), in the City of
Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to P.D. Construction Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
LaVenta-LaSierra - Phase III (S-1798, C-1154), in the City of
Florissant, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 28th day of
March, 1985, and formally executed on the 23rd day of April, 1985,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
