AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighteen Thousand Dollars
($18,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund for
engineering services for the final design of Wabash and Jackson
Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-522.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighteen Thousand Dollars
($18,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Revenue Fund for engineering services for the final design of
Wabash and Jackson Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-522.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1985.
