AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-522 with Colton/Lester
Corporation for engineering services for the final design of
Wabash and Jackson Sanitary Relief Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-522 with
Colton/Lester Corporation for engineering services for the final
design of Wabash and Jackson Sanitary Relief Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1985.
