AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Vinita Park for engineering services for the
final design of Korea and South Gulf Storm Sewer Project, Contract
E-523.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Vinita Park for
engineering services for the final design of Korea and South Gulf
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-523.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1985.
