AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-524 with TDP/St. Louis, Inc. for
engineering services for the final design of Bircher/Beachwood
Avenue Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-524 with
TDP/St. Louis, Inc. for engineering services for the final design
of Bircher/Beachwood Avenue Storm Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1985.
