AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Five Hundred
Seventy-four Thousand Dollars ($1,574,000.00) from the Mississippi
River General Fund for the cost of professional services required
for the Bissell Point Watershed - Overflow Regulation System
Design, Phase II M.S.D. Contract E-520 (Part of Federal Project
No. C-291077).
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance for said engineering services required for the Bissell
Point Watershed - Overflow Regulation System Design, Phase II
M.S.D. Contract E-520 (Part of Federal Project No. C-291077).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Five Hundred
Seventy-four Thousand Dollars ($1,574,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Mississippi River General Fund for the cost
of professional services required for the Bissell Point Watershed
-Overflow Regulation System Design, Phase II M.S.D. Contract E-520
(Part of Federal Project No. C-291077).
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1985.
