AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-six Thousand Five
Hundred Forty-six and 11/100 Dollars ($26,546.11) from the Fee Fee
Connection Fees Account for the District's share of the costs for
the adjustment and relocation of sewers pursuant to highway
improvements on Route 40, St. Louis County Route 141 to Route I-
270.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-six Thousand Five
Hundred Forty-six and 11/100 Dollars ($26,546.11), is hereby
appropriated from the Fee Fee Connection Fees Account for the
District's share of the costs for the adjustment and relocation of
sewers pursuant to highway improvements on Route 40, St. Louis
County Route 141 to Route I-270.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 1985.
